I recently left it very late to buy a present for my wedding anniversary. I spotted a nice piece on the website and took a flyer and ordered. I followed up with a 'phone call and spoke to a wonderful person who promised no miracles but an effort to get the piece in the kiln the same day. She was as good as her word and I received a beautiful piece a couple of days later. A miracle after all. Wonderful people who do their best to help. What more can you ask for. Thank you.
