Having Jacqueline lead on a transitional workshop for our organisation was a huge benefit in terms of staff morale and improvement work for managers. Her approach to the situation was sensitive and considerate and staff felt the benefit of this at a particularly difficult time. The workshops were well prepared and thought through as was the follow up session with senior managers and report.
