If I could give minus stars I would. It's shocking that this company gets contracts from UK Counties with tax-payer money. We rescued a dog who had just spent 7 days in SDK's "care" - she had been neglected, had terrible mange that they left untreated, and caught kennel cough. She had faeces caked into her fur and was absolutely terrified. I'm completely disgusted that SDK is responsible for looking after stray animals, as they clearly don't care about their well-being or health in any way.

I have reported them to Waverley Council, and will look into taking this issue further.

They were very good, on the day of the appointment, I had a hospital appointment and they were happy to reschedule. The guy came over at 8:30am (morning appointment) noticed the locations and placed 2 boxes with the poison (strongest as there are no pets or children here).
They will return back in a couple of weeks to check and decide the next steps.

Appalling treatment of dogs in their care. Kill dogs after 7 days if not claimed. The Councils should not use them. The dogs we rescued from them were in an awful state and terrified

We paid £169 for the treatment via harrow council. A guy left few baits at home. He didn’t even stay for a minute But there were still mice problems. And on the second visit he checked those baits and said would come for a 3rd visit but didn’t. And we received an email Saying that there wasn’t anyone at the property but we were waiting for them to arrive. Such a logi company. Please Lose your money relying on them.

Positives:- The guy who does the treatment is a nice guy and very polite.
Negatives :- Originally dealt with two wasps nests at the property. One was destroyed first time, the second persists and has growm steadily bigger despite a revisit.
The company works on an am/pm time slot basis. . They did not turn up for the scheduled am revisit and if you have to rebook it usually take a couple of weeks to get a slot. They are a bit cheaper but you end up either waiting in all morning and afternoon or being unable to contact them, except via text, which is very slow to get a response. I won't be using them again.

Booked a flea treatment 2 days prior and when they said they had avaliablity through my council. Was supposed to be for a morning appointment. Nope they changed it with absolutely no warning or reason to an afternoon appointment which I had to cancel all my appointments to wait home for. My partner and daughter are allergic to fleas so needed done ASAP! Waited in literally ALL DAY and no one showed!! Even an hour after they was supposed to have arrived still no sign! Rung and left several messages that was never replied too. Still no reason why they didn't show and now just received an invoice from them trying to charge me but NOT EVEN ATTENDING MY PROPERTY OR CONTACTING ME BUT APPARENTLY THEY COUDLNT DO THE CLEAN CAUSE OF ME!! Absolutely shambles of a company and will be reporting to trading standards! Oh and I've just found they are now trying to charge ME £35 for nothing. Apparently they refused to do my home but I didn't realise thier contractors was physics or invisible cause they never showed up but then made out it was my fault so they still got paid! ABSOLUTELY AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!

the lady who is at the slough branch is sooo rude. I am so surprised she is a business owner and even more surprised if she has customers because she has no manners or professionalism and clearly doesn’t know how to speak to people. Manners cost absolutely nothing and her rude disgusting attitude was so unneeded. Being kind Costs nothing. In a world where you can be anything be kind.
