I can say I have been extremely happy with Ben's service throughout this process, he has been on hand whenever I have needed him and answered all my questions no matter how big or small. Not having much of an idea on how the process works, Ben has been available to explain how it all works and the actions I have needed to take which really helped me plan for the next step. Knowing Ben personally I thought there may have been a chance that it would be a more relaxed approach to this interaction but it was the complete opposite which I was thrilled about. He has been professional, patient, friendly and his communication has been excellent throughout. I have been really happy to have Ben assist me through this process.

Great first experience of working with a financial/pensions advisor. Ed and Ben got a good grasp of what is important to me in terms of what I want my money to be doing. So glad that there is a local wealth management company that's wanting to major on green investing and support local organisations and businesses.

Really clear explanation of why my current investments were struggling and how the funds they were recommending would address those issues. I'm pretty good with numbers (I have a degree in maths!), so they didn't talk down to me but did help me understand a bit more about how wealth management works, as that was a bit of a mystery to me.
