I have been receiving therapy from Sean for a good 7-8 weeks now and can honestly say I have never met anyone that's is this easy to talk to.
I have tried a number of different Therapies over the past 10-15 years and none of them have ever stuck or felt right for me. This feels right!! He has helped me realise that self care is one of the most important and necessary actions anyone can take to start making a difference.
He has been patient and understanding and I am so happy I met him as a therapist and a friend.
