I started working with Tanya in one to one coaching sessions and then, later group sessions. Tanya is a great listener and understood what I was looking to do (for me, it was increase speed when I was running). Her plans are easy to follow and I felt, they fit into daily life easily. She's always encouraging and kind and she knows when to push you that little bit further. I did improve my form and speed and was thrilled with the results.

In addition, i went to Tanya for sports massages. Again Tanya understands what's needed and my legs felt fantastic after she had worked on them.
I recommend anyone wanting to improve (or start) running to get in contact with her.
