Incompetent recruitment agent. She is not able to say over the phone the email address which includes her name. She was struggling to spell 'Synergy'. She said instead 'Sunerge'. Not very nice for a first impression when you call to register. Not to mention that she is speaking in other languages with the customers. Isn't this a UK agency ? Where English must be the primary and only language spoken at a recruitment agency ?
