I would like to place on record just how pleased we have been with the services of Jay Webb from Jay Webb HR Services when we enlisted her services to create new Employee Handbooks.

Our business has changed a lot over the past couple of years, and as such, there was a need for us to revisit our Handbook and how we operated.

Jay took the time to understand our wants as a business and then set to work with creating a handbook that reflected exactly how the business now operated.

I feel safe in the knowledge that we have a document that all employees understand, and also safe knowing that any queries, can be directed to Jay.

Furthermore, we haven’t had to print this handbook out, as it can be uploaded to our Breathe HR system and I can even check when people have read it, and send them a reminder if they haven’t
