I have one year already with this agency and I can’t complain about anything. They kept me really busy all year, never had problems with the salary and if there was a bit less work at the company I’m regularly driving for, Louise always had an alternative to make sure I have a full week if I want to. I have been working at ARC for 9 years. This is the best driver agency in Leicester. They really care about the drivers, since I work there I always have contact with George who is always helpful and if you have any problem he resolves it immediately.
They always gave me ongoing work, even in quiet time. The pay is always correct. I really recommend.

Absolutely great company to work for, I have been working for ARC for over a year now and they have been great with me, my point of contact Louise Palmer is great and has always kept me in regular work as much as she possibly can. I have worked for many different agencies over my 12 year LGV driving career and this has by far been the best company to work for. I would highly recommend.

Are you looking for work without constant text messages asking for your availability and promises of work that are kept? Then do what I did a few years back, join ARC and ask for Louise Palmer as she is my recruitment agent. I promise she is 100% reliable for the people she works with "drivers". In nearly 5 years time together, she has never tried to keep me busy with empty words. She's the best, thank you Louise and the whole ARC crew.

I have worked for this agency for 2 to 3 months now. They are a fantastic company to work for. My advisor Nathan is very friendly and supportive he goes out of his way to make sure you are happy within your work. Iv not had any issues with the company but if I ever did I feel I could turn to Nathan and he would do everything within his power to resolve the matter. I would highly recommend the company.

Excellent Agency,
Worked on and off For ARC for over 10 years.
Only have experience with the Leicester branch though.
Always had enough work, wages and hours always correct.
The team are great, polite, professional and friendly.
Wouldn't work for any other Agency.

Worst agency I've ever worked for. They promise a lot to sign up, but it's a waste of time. You going to work maybe 1-2 days a week if you lucky, they reduce the rate during the contract without prior consultation. Avoid at all costs!
