Following on from an encounter with the DVSA we were advised by them that they would be performing an inspection of our systems and that we ought to appoint a transport consultant.
Our Maintenance provider recommended Andy Miles, Andy visited us within a week, performed an audit, made many recommendations and left us with a list of tasks before the DVSA visit. We carried all of these tasks out and followed his recommendations, the DVSA officer was extremely impressed with the instructions Andy had provided, the method of managing all of our O Licence obligations and the system that A S Miles put in place.
We scored very well on the visit which we are extremely pleased with.
