I have no hesitation at all in giving Building & Structural Consultants Ltd the highest recommendation. I needed a structural report in a hurry for use in discussions with my home insurance provider. B&SC arranged the required survey in lightning time and the report was created and delivered the following day. My insurance company were happy to accept the findings of the report and all issues were quickly resolved thereafter. A really great service handled by experienced and professional staff. I'd also add that, before finding and contacting B&SC, I'd tried a number of other companies; most never got back to me (and still haven't), and the others were unable to help for several weeks.

We required an urgent Structural Survey for a residential purchase.
Most companies either did not answer, had very long leadtimes or quite frankly did not respond to my enquiry, whereby I supplied all required information upfront. Natalie Jacobs was able to answer, revert with information, organise, schedule and confirm a booking, within about one hour of my enquiry. She was able to liaise directly with the person carrying out the check (Mike) and they arrived the next day! The report was meant to come in 7 days, it came in 3! The service was excellent from A-Z, could not recommend more! It is sad that there are many businesses out there that do not seem to want to win business, this customer-centric approach is what people are looking for!
