I knew instantly that Gillian was the broker who was going to secure me a home loan. Her high vibe, positive energy really influenced me when I needed it the most. She was just full of knowledge and advice, giving me a confident over the phone calculation of what my borrowing capacity would be. Compared to other brokers that I had endured, their knowledge was very limited in comparison to the knowledge Gillian has. It's obvious that Gillian keeps herself educated and up to date with with all the new government legislations, grants and personal entitlements that are forever changing. With my life literally balancing in Gillian's hands, she sought a lender who could meet my needs. My offer on a house was accepted and Gillian went straight to work! She just knows the back doors, she knows how it all works, she advocated for me, and was there for me every step of the way, and the next thing I knew, I was unconditionally approved for a home loan!
