Duncan is just the person you want to have as your HR adviser - sensible, pragmatic and will give you clear options. Some of the big guns I have used before are more concerned about giving wishy washy advice to protect themselves from being sued and haven't listened to the problem at hand. Duncan cuts through all that and really knows his stuff. He is also really reasonable and even if he charged double, he would be worth every penny! Use him before you think you need help and he will set up systems in place to reduce the chances of things going wrong. If you're in a bind, he will show you a way through it. Thanks Duncan!
