I used Connells, Letchworth to sell my home in 2024. Having previously marketed with a different agent, and been wholly dissatisfied, I changed Agent and was pleased I did. Aaron valued and initially managed the process for us, achieving an offer within the first two viewings. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and very helpful in those nervous early stages.
I was pleased with the marketing materials and the online portal made it easy to keep a track of things; although I did find it all a bit overwhelming at first.
On the whole Connells seemed to work well as a team, were very quick to answer questions and respond to telephone messages.
I was warned it could take around 16-weeks for the sale to complete but these things are never a given and it took from June until November when we finally moved.
My small niggle was that I did feel they were more focussed on the buyer at some points, rather than me as the seller and the one paying the fees. I do also feel that I could have had more communication from about 3-months into the sale when things went very quiet.
On the whole a positive experience and I would recommend using Connells to sell a property.
