I couldn’t fault the service we received, from calling into the office to make the initial introduction to receiving the meter readings and exchange of keys. It wasn’t a smooth sale by any means with the buyer taking almost 12 months to complete. But, Lancasters stuck at it, keeping us fully informed along the way.
