Acorn Support have been amazing through the duration that Vantage 365 have been in business. From writing contracts, managing maternity (which as a man worried me immensely) and also dealing with those conversations that are less nice to have, Acorn Support have always been there.

Executive Training and Consultancy Ltd has been expanding over the past few years and is increasing the number of Consultants around the UK, as a result I needed to recruit and put in place an Administration Manager.
I spoke to Claire to get some help with the interviewing and setting out a contract of employment etc.
Claire did the interviewing with me which was great, and we had fun during the process it was a delight to work with her.

After just 24 hours of instructing Claire I received back the new contracts. Which needed very little amendments and just needed me to fill in the personal details. This allowed me to send them over to our new starters without delay.

When a member of our staff was coming to the end of his apprenticeship, we wanted to offer him a permanent full-time position. Had we not consulted Claire Lawton we could have made some very costly mistakes.

Claire advised us to offer a contract of employment as well as an employee handbook. This gave our staff member reasurance of his rights and responsibility as well as a sense of stability. We were also advised to not put a probationary period as he had already proved his worthiness.
