I have been doing the Detox program with CLOW during the last few days. Today is the first day after and I feel amazing! My energy levels have increased and my body statistics have decreased!! I actually really enjoyed doing this detox especially straight after the heavy Christmas and New Year celebrations. The soups provided were out of this world and the juices were drinkable (considering i’m a very fussy eater) Lucy was very supportive and informative throughout the whole programme always on hand. I never felt hungry!

I feel I have a better understanding of what my body needs and what it should have. I am happy with my weight loss and i’m feeling very motivated to continue making better choices! Would definitely recommend if you want to start feeling better about yourself. Thank-you Wes & Lucy

Clearly a huge amount of effort has gone into what I believe was a successful detox/cleanse. The zoom sessions were informative and really made me question my current lifestyle and how it can be improved. I intend to build on the learning points going forward and make important lifestyle changes. The programme was really well structured, being provided with the juices and soups meant that you couldn’t go wrong. What a fabulous programme, so many elements. Juices and soups to see you through the whole detox, also a great recipe book with delicious recipes for the pre and post-detox, as well as lots of additional well-thought through additions. I totally recommend this programme.
