Not many former drivers seem to leave a review, but I felt compelled to do so because I have nothing but positive things to say about this firm.

The team here is incredibly friendly and professional, with a solid reputation in the local area. The owner, Nathan, is one of the most down-to-earth people I’ve ever worked for—humble and approachable, likely qualities he developed during his time in the Army.

I only worked with the company for a couple of months and, unfortunately, had to leave on short notice due to personal reasons. Despite this, they didn’t withhold a single penny of my wages. They even paid me for the holiday time I had accrued, which I was prepared to waive since I couldn’t complete my probation period.

I hope this review helps future drivers in making their decision. All in all an excellent employer to work for.

Have to make a point and hopefully the people in charge read this .. outside Hillcrest school Quinton every morning There's a driver sitting there drinking his tea with no awareness of how much traffic he is causing. There's actually tail backs as far as you can see, all due to this driver who could easily park up where the road is wider and would ease the congestion that happens there every morning. Totally inconsiderate of others who need to get to work

Took us to Barry island yesterday. James was our driver and we had a disability coach with a lift. The lift struggled to work but thanks to James he sorted it for us to use he was fantastic and everyone enjoyed their day out James couldn't do enough for us. Thanks can't wait for blackpool in November.

Today one of your coaches PA63 SMF, along Pedmore road nearly hit my car! They were driving all over the place, I pulled back and watched as they kept serving in and out of both lanes. Your coaches do school pick ups and drop offs. Was your driver drunk?

One of these coaches almost ran my daughter off the road. The reply she got from the company just stopped short of calling her a liar.

Traffic driving on the roads should be EXTREMELY aware of careless driving by the employees of this company. My husband had one of their coaches crash into him, writing his car off completely. Despite their manager on site that morning witnessing the accident, their insurance company won't pay for something which is WITHOUT doubt the fault of this company and one of their drivers!!! He has been left without a car - purely the fault of Prospect Coaches and one of their employees!! Should not be allowed on the roads!! Unfortunately, can't give less than one star.....If you see one of their coaches anywhere near you - be VERY CAREFUL. Do NOT travel as a passenger on one of their coaches!!

My college uses this company for their coach service however it's not the best. There have been 2 or 3 times now the driver has driven straight past my stop, completely ignoring the people waiting to get picked up. One of the company's staff which manages the coaches arriving and departing at college announced the coach is boarding just as it's left. Recently leaving 10+ students left at college with the response "it's not my fault you missed the coach".

Saying that the drivers themselves are friendly with some exceptions, and the coaches are clean and comfortable to be in. Other than the odd employee all the drivers are friendly and helpful.

Just home from a trip to Folkestone and France with Andy. He was a great driver, especially when travel company or ferry company messed up the booking and we got sent away from port. He kept calm and polite eventually getting us on ferry. His driving was safe and efficient, he kept us informed of times. He listened to the needs of his passengers. Would travel with him again without hesitation.
