From initial contact with Kayleigh, we knew we were in safe hands! We had video calls, phone calls and emails. She even offered to come out to us if that suited us better!
She is very knowledgeable, friendly and always responded quickly to any questions (we had many!)
We applied for our mortgage on 24th April - and had our offer on 16th May! She worked hard on our application with the lender daily and kept us updated. Secured a great rate in just 3 weeks - much sooner than anticipated. We have been in a really difficult situation for a long time, and Kayleigh removed the stress from the process and spoke to us in a language we could understand - rather than in terminology we had to decipher! We would not hesitate to recommend Kayleigh for Mortgage Services or other financial services (currently working with her on Buildings & Contents as well as potential self employed insurance).
