Joined up to WBT in December and can honestly say the level of service/work they put in for you is excellent. You are paying a high price but high risk = high rewards in business. The workload that the guys have put in to create the website is unbelievable and the whole set up/app process is simple to use - I'll admit, it is daunting at first if you're not used to that side of things but the team are never far to walk you through everything. My account manager Jas has been brilliant throughout the whole process, as has the web design team for putting up with me being picky/fussy but the guys do definitely go the extra mile for you. Website is almost live and starting the advertisement push shortly and although there is an element of nerves to make sure it works out I'd say the excitement far outweighs this. Will update in a few months once we're up & running and hopefully it's paying off. But honestly, big big shoutout to the WBT team - and Jas in particular for the past few months of help/work!
