Throughout the process, there were several delays outside our control due to a tricky chain involved. Jessica's understanding and support during these times were invaluable. She came back on a weekly basis with updates without fail and was extremely reliable, always following through on her promises to chase any issues up. Fantastic experience of recently selling our house through Lex Allan Stourbridge, completing in December 2024. Excellent service from start to finish - realistic & accurate valuations, very professional & effective marketing, first class communications & follow up.The whole team were very impressive - Lex Allan Junior & Harry led from the Sales & Marketing, and Jess owned the day to day and chain management. We cannot praise Jess highly enough for her communications and overall proactive approach. Jess always kept in contact on a regular basis and chased down issues, far beyond what one might expect. Without this we have no doubt that the chain would have taken much longer to complete. We could not have asked for more and expectations were definitely exceeded.
