As we have recently moved into the area, We Google a local gas engineer and came across Glow Energy who had very high reviews. Michael listen to our needs and suggested a boiler package for our new home. It was fitted to a high standard in no time. He even took the time to show me and my partner how we can operate it using our smart phones. He left the area tidy and cant thank him enough and it was nice meeting his partner Paula who assisted after she came after her work.

Contacted Michael after googling a well reviewed OFTEC registered engineer. Arrived Sunday as our oil boiler not working which meant me and my young family had no water and heating. He quickly diagnosed that parts were required to fix the problem and he arrived the following day and installed them. I’m happy to say that our oil boiler is back up and working and we now have hot water and heating again in a quick turnaround. Michael was very professional, friendly and left everything really tidy. Highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future.

It was my first time using Glow Energy Services Ltd which were recommended to me by my brother. I must say, I was very happy with the service provided from Mike. He arrived smartly dressed and on time to carry out a gas tightness safety test. It was a nice touch that he even printed off the gas tightness test readings and explained them to me. He answered all my concerns and questions with confidence regarding the new boiler location. Highly recommended!

On a winters morning my heating was working fine but by lunch time it went off even though my boilers light was still on. I phoned my insurance company up who put me onto a local reputable company in Glow Energy Services Ltd.

Michael came out with in a couple of hours who diagnosed the problem very quickly. He wrote a report of remedial works which was authorised. To my delight, Michael returned with a new simplified thermostat and receiver which he kindly showed me how to use. All in all, I would like to express my thanks to Michael. I found him very friendly, polite and a thoroughly likeable young man.

I had a new combi boiler installed in my house in May 2020. Unfortunately, the boiler was installed incorrectly and was fixed to a thin, wooden board that was allowing the draft to come back through the old existing square flue. I've been chasing the original installer and the boiler fitting company for over 7 months now and in that time I had been promised (from the fitting company) that an engineer would arrive to fix the holes in the wall and resolve the draft issue. I have even used up my annual leave only to be let down by various engineers a total of 8 times. Michael arrived from Glow late on a Friday night to assess the works involved. We arranged a convenient time and date for him to come back and carry out the work and to my surprise and happiness, he kept to his word and turned up. His level of determination and attitude to get the job done to a very high standard was great to see. He has inspired confidence in me again that there are honourable, professional tradespeople out there. He did a fantastic job in boarding and plastering around the boiler, covering the holes and addressing draft issue. Thanks ever so much Michael!
