The level 7 course in Executive Coaching & Mentoring has been very worthwhile. The support is fantastic and you feel that the tutors genuinely care about your progress and invest time in you. The face to face days are excellent and you get an instant network of peers to work with and learn from. The paperwork has been a challenge but if you take it step by step from the beginning and make a record of everything, it is much more straightforward. I would highly recommend the course to anyone interested in high quality training to become an executive coach.

The organisation and layout of the courses teaching and assessment was very clear and manageable from the start. The level of support and expert guidance from the BSC team I received throughout my Level 7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring qualification was second to none.

Despite sessions being entirely online, the level of trust, rapport and bonding established in our group was notable. A supportive network community of passionate professional coaches has been built as a result.

Our tutor Virginia was exceptionally skilled in the art of creative facilitation - making each module fun as well as deeply informative. This is a rigorous and demanding course, but completely achievable with the support and learning materials provided by BSC and it’s tutors. Small group, practical on-line sessions are followed up with supervisions and encouragement to reach the standard required to receive this respected, professional accreditation.
