I have chosen Oakfield financial services for our remortgage in the summer of 2022 after a thorough research around the area and other customer reviews. And I was not disappointed. From the minute I have started a conversation with Luke and Sophie I knew we will be in the best hands possible. They have found us a great deal even though our remortgage was not the most straight forward. They have gone over and beyond and no question was silly enough or too much. They have responded to all my emails and returned or taken all my calls with speed. As it got closer to our completion date there were issues with the lenders solicitors and my current lender and the communication chain between them and Luke has spent so much time on the phone on behalf of us trying to rectify the situation and find a solution even though it was a few days before Christmas. They have made my experience a truly great one and I will not go anywhere else when we move house or remortgage again. They are simply the best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and deserve the recognition. I am one extremely happy customer.
