Throughout 2016 I had the privilege of working closely with Mark Greenhouse and Neil Harvey of Levantar whilst we collaborated on projects at Inca Digital Printers (Inca) in Cambridge.

During the year I got to know both Mark and Neil very well while Levantar delivered on a number of business critical projects for the company incorporating: lean manufacturing, lean management, change management and cultural change management, all of which were massive and sensitive projects for Inca however clearly for Mark and Neil none of these aspects detracted from the objectives the had committed to.

Although Mark and Neil have subtly different backgrounds and areas of specialty, the natural blend and complimentary style of their own business management expertise, business process management experience and up to date lean manufacturing techniques enable Levantar to be a perfect partner to transform an SME for the longer term!

From what I experienced whilst working with Levanter any SME looking to build a strong platform in readiness for the next stage in its organisational growth or needing a 3rd party to help influence a sensitive cultural change I am delighted to give testimony to Levantar!
