wonderful experience with Glenn Coaches. Amanda was amazing organising the schedule and very easy to reach by email or phone.

we had a nice trip to Alnwick. smooth journey, the driver asked us if we want to have toilet stop along the way. and he was very kind helping loading and unloading our belongings.
definitely recommend all of you to use Glenn's service.

Outstanding customer service from Glenn and Amanda. Holiday to Stratford Upon Avon and Blenheim Palace was fabulous. Hotel, food and excursions were excellent. Atmosphere on coach was warm and welcoming. Would definitely travel with Glenn Coaches again.

I have been travelling with Glen for 2 years now. Just returned from a turkey and tinsel break in Blackpool. The service is 2nd to none. From boarding the coach to arriving home nothing is too much trouble for Glen. Excellent company, excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great value for money. 🎄🎄🎄

A fabulous company Glen could not do any more for his customers. Nothing is too much trouble he is always happy to assist anyone who needs help. The coach trips are very good value for money. I've been on several of these trips and would highly recommend them.

Just had a phone call from Amanda from Glenn Coaches offering us a refund as we were not happy that the Christmas lunch trip arrived back in York at 5 pm, and we thought it was a bit late to get back from a lunch trip. Amanda told me I should not have reviewed our experience with Glenn Coaches on social media. Well, Amanda, that is what it is for, so people can share their experiences and maybe warn other people if there is a problem.
Thank you for the refund, but how dare you say I should not have reviewed it on social media. Who are you to tell me what to do. Any more derogatory remarks made by Glenn Coach staff will be going on social media as well!! 😡

Went to North Star with glen coaches for Christmas lunch arrived 11.20 just in time for lunch at 11 .30 excellent meal, was told roast potatoes were done in goose fat, as they have to cater for gluten free customers. Finished meal 1.15 just had time for a nice walk to settle our meal called at a garden centre on journey home over all an amazing day. Betty Holtby

We were on the trip to Flamborough for Christmas Dinner. Arrived at 11am, lunch was at 1130. Everyone had finished by 1pm but we didn't leave until 2pm. We then stopped at Langlands Garden Centre. No one told us beforehand we were going to stop there. Left there just before 4pm and hit the rush hour traffic and didn't get back to York Railway Station until 5pm. By the time we got a bus and got home it was 6pm. A bit too long for a Christmas lunch trip. Food was nothing special and they coated the roast potatoes with marmite 🤮
You say in your reply that you are sorry for the misunderstanding that the Flamborough Christmas Dinner trip always stops at Langlands Garden Centre on the way home. I have just been on your website and on the itinerary for the trip there is no mention of the stop at the Garden Centre and no mention of what time we would arrive back in York. If we had known the trip was going to take so long we would never have booked it. Maybe you should update the itinerary so in future people know the timetable.

Glenn coaches transported our wedding guests between the church and our reception venue and we would highly recommend booking them! The guests commented on how comfortable & modern the coach was. The communication before the wedding was excellent. A ribbon was added to the front of the coach which was really nice. Thank you for providing an excellent service!
