At Lighthouse Personnel we regularly boast about our quality values and how they shine through everything we do. We had help collating our values previously (for our website and marketing material), but this was very much done for us, rather than us carefully choosing them ourselves, and didn’t really align with our actual values. We therefore brought Liz in to help us put together our mission statement and values.
Liz hosted a two-hour session for us at our offices where she facilitated a group discussion amongst our team to draw out all the bits that make us who we are. Liz then aided us in collating all our thoughts into bitesize chunks to then put together to create our core values and mission statement.
Throughout the session Liz was helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive, keeping us on track to ensure we exceeded our goal during the session.
