Just received keys for my new flat, really impressed with Kings customer service from start to end. The whole team were very helpful, knowledgeable and helped me understand the steps as this was my first buy. I also had some difficulties with information coming from my own and opposite solicitors and Lisa and Tracy were amazing in getting it sorted for me as quickly as possible. On the 8 January 2025 I received the keys to my new property. Kings Estate Agents oversaw the process.Tracy Hall was my linked Estate Agent. She went over and above on so many occasions to make a highly stressful occasion in anyone’s life actually bearable!
Communication was excellent. Timeframes were adhered to and excellent liaison was in place throughout the process.
