I have had multiple coaching sessions with Rohima and they were instrumental in accelerating my job hunting experience. I firstly had a session where we went through my CV and a cover letter that I had written. Rohima shows you step by step what exactly recruiters are looking for and how exactly to tune each application to best fit the role. This gives you extreme focus and confidence when making your application and enables you to streamline the application process without sacrificing on quality.

Since September I had been going for interviews but sadly wasn't getting any offers. I reached out to Rohima for Interview Coaching and she was able to give me specific feedback that helped me realise where I was going wrong. Through the mock interviews, Rohima gave me some great tips and suggestions to help me tackle answers better. She helped me shape my answers and highlighted the importance of non-verbals and what I needed to improve on. After the interview coaching sessions, I felt more confident. I'm very pleased that I have now got a great job!

I recently contacted Rohima to seek help for my daughter who is looking for a career change and needed support and coaching to help her improve her prospects at selection and interview. I already knew Ro from a previous role where we worked together closely and so I knew just how capable she is but also as the right character to help support my daughter. Ro proved to be a great help and after a couple of sessions my daughter felt much more confident and also better prepared for the interview process.
