I was recommended Neil as a coach by a friend, having not worked with a coach before I wasn't sure what to expect from business coaching initially. From our initial chat Neil was personable, professional and I felt that I could trust Neil to really understand my personal development goals.

The sessions were held in a great environment at the Essex Innovation Centre, and it really felt like a 'safe space' where I could discuss personal and business issues in confidence.

Neil's coaching helped me learn and put into action new skills and behaviours that have helped me enormously in overcoming some big challenges in my career over the last year. I'll certainly be using Neil's coaching again, and would recommend him to anyone looking to better themselves in work and life.
