Wow. They missed my booking. The first driver, Chris, had a sick child he had to take care of. Understood. Not impressed that I had to call him to find that out, however. It got worse as the standy Kristina was still at home so had to get through rush hour traffic to get to the Mercedes S class at the yard, then, another 20 minutes to us. So we risked missing our flights. Apparently this was due to miss hearing what their driver said and when the alternative driver admitted she may not get to us on time, they *cancelled* the booking on the claiming that i raised my voice (only because the line was poor). If they had just said, sorry, we cant make the promised time, i could have avoided wasting another hour. Our trip was long haul, as they knew from my booking. Clearly not the standard of service i expect after booking with the lovely Carol, who was polite and professional. Massive breakdown of communications. They said sorry, but cancelling my paid for booking due their mess up is very bad. They needed to be transparent about the alternatives. Does not win awards with us.

I used Elite Travel last year for the airport runs and cannot fault them, I used them again this year for the airport run, the best company for all your travel needs, they keep you updated with your booking, they keep track of your flights to make sure they are there on time, both drivers we have had are amazing, very friendly drivers. Will book again for the next trip.

Another fantastic service for us from Elite. Picked up from home, all suitcases taken care of for us. Fabulous clean, roomy vehicle with a lovely driver Derek. We flew back in the early hours and he was ready and waiting. Everything was like clockwork. Made our holiday so much more enjoyable without the hassle of airport parking. Would thoroughly recommend Elite and will certainly use them again.

We recently used Elite Travel for airport transfers (Heathrow) for ten people and the standard of service was first class in every respect. Initial telephone contact was very helpful and efficient, resulting in a competitive quote along with sensible advice about the journeys regarding timings and other arrangements. Ongoing communications were exemplary, and the service on the day faultless. The coach arrived on time for a very early start on the outward journey, and was equally punctual for the well organised return leg a week later. The coach was very comfortable and our driver, Chris, was outstanding in terms of his driving, courtesy and helpfulness. I cannot fault the service we received and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.
