Not good unfortunately because this a very expensive service. My company sent a huge amount of its sales and purchasing staff on negotiation training. Very slick, lots of upfront work but the training is based on a gimmick which just falls flat. The sales manager attending tried to implement the ideas fully and was moved out of the business less than a year later because having three forecast numbers flying about for negotiation was just unworkable. In fact all the sales team were eventually cleared out. Purchasing were wise enough to cherry pick the few bits of helpful information. Patronising and not useful.

I was shortlisted and was then invited for two interviews which I took days off for as well as a scrupulous presentation in front of the hiring manager. For a young graduate starting their career, I could not believe how unprofessional and discourteous the HR person was, took an awfully long time to reply and even after phoning up multiple time, no feedback was given.
