They advertised a free initial consultation, but they barely listened to my full concerns before quickly concluding the conversation. If they are not willing to properly engage with potential clients, they should consider charging for consultations instead of offering a service that feels rushed and unhelpful. Such an irresponsible response I have ever received! The moment she found out that I had discussed my case with another immigration lawyer, she made a remark like, ‘Then why did she called?’—forgetting that she was unmuted. Obviously, every person will explore better service options because nothing here is truly free.
