Tim was a great help when I needed calculations for a steel beam to allow a wall to be removed in our house. Tim was really friendly and professional and took care to ensure that the drawings allowed for the best finish to the project. I used Tim and his company on a raft foundation design for a barn conversion. He was recommended by my architect and what a great find. Very competitive rates and he provided a quality service throughout. Following the initial raft design, we found existing footings following excavation, which required significant amendments. This issue became time critical and if it hadn’t been for Tim prioritising this aspect, the build would have been delayed. In conclusion, I have been very impressed with Tim and Tillett Consulting Engineers and would have no hesitation in recommending him and the company.
