I have received excellent support from Avensure, and in particular Di-Anne. As a relative newbie to management the waters of HR have proved to be very murky, but to be assigned one, dedicated expert has really assisted me. Di-Anne really helps provide clarity and understanding as to the best way to proceed. All advice is followed up in an email, and if a letter needs to be written this is done; all I have to do is input names and dates.
