Sue has an amazing way of being able catch all my messy, unclear thoughts and transform them into something that makes so much sense. She doesn’t tell you what to do but asks the sort of questions that get straight to the heart of your issue. Sometimes they can be hard to hear because they hit the target so well. And then the practical work starts, with a combination of action and accountability that means you move forward fast. I was amazed how much could be achieved in just one session. I’ve not seen or met anyone with Sue’s skill. She’s a fantastic coach.

Sue’s coaching really works for me. I now understand why I do certain things, and because Sue’s helped me think through alternative options and shared some great strategies, I can also choose to do things differently, with much better outcomes as a result.
