I have now attended 3 workshops in as many weeks - book-keeping, marketing and business planning - these have been so useful. Really well planned, clearly broken-down and delivered information shared and carefully explained and lots of incredible resources to follow up with. If you are thinking about starting up your own business I really strongly recommend looking at what MENTA can offer you - I'm sure that these morning courses have given me confidence and saved me a lot of time in research - it's also nice to do these live with other local people who are also starting up their own businesses.

I attended a great online session on the Journey to Net Zero today. There was a good balance of information about the causes of climate change and practical ideas about how a business can offset them, along with a good range of resources to help me take next steps, and the delivery was warm and professional.

Highly recommend. Don’t be daunted by the 4 hours as it flies by with breaks included. There was so much information and advice covered in “Business Planning” I’m now confident in making a business plan. Everything was fully explained. Stuart made the session engaging for all. Looking forward to the next FREE course

Went on How to Digitally Grow Your Business workshop run by MENTA and funded by East Suffolk Council. Venue in Southwold was very good, easy parking outside. The content of 3 hour workshop was relevant to me and the trainer worked hard to include all delegates. I will use many of the tips over the coming weeks and months.

attended a free Start Up - Business Planning session with MENTA today - just 4 hours of my time and the plans in my head are coming out on to paper and I now know what to do and where to go next. Excellent and highly recommended. What a fabulous resource.
