Probably one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. Lindsey has an attitude problem and often ignores emails and calls. She really doesn’t care when her laziness / incompetence costs a tenant extra money. There’s no financial penalty for her so she pretty much does whatever she wants and doesn’t care if it costs myself, the tenant extra money.
I don’t recommend them and I would suggest you give them a wide berth. And before she posts the standard “this is a fake review” response, I have proof that I have been a tenant.

I was recommended Temple Wharf Property Consultants from a relative following a family bereavement as I had a property to sell in the area. From the outset Lindsey has been excellent. She obtained the very best price for the house. Always going above and beyond and helping at every step even assisting with local tradesmen and house clearance. I have moved many times over the years but Lindsey and Temple Wharf Property Consultants are the best agent I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend Lindsey and Temple Wharf enough. Thank you.

Ive have been made aware of a 1 star review by Mr Ian Rubuck who was a tenant of mine and was managed by Temple wharf. I feel his review is unfair as I worked with Lindsey on this change over and mid contract we sought to find a replacement tenant so an early release could be achieved. It did take us a little time to list because we are busy but the fact remains we did enable Mr Rubuck to exit his contractural obligations early which is what he wanted . His former partner still resides in one of our other properties. Lindsey does lots of work for our Family, EXCELLENT.
No hesitation in recommending her business.
I hope she goes from strength to strength.

I would highly recommend Lindsey and Temple Wharf. I am a current tenant through Temple Wharf and the experience has been a very positive one. The digital onboarding was seamless and very quick, as were the ID checks. Lindsey has been excellent when issues with the property have arisen (of which there have been very few) and she is a pleasure to deal with.

Pretty surprised to see so many good reviews here - most likely fake or bargained for. The experience I’ve had with this estate agent has been dismal. Dealing particularly with Lyndsey who ignores my attempts to reach out about my property issues and gives me attitude when she (finally) does answer. First and last experience with this estate agent.

We have viewed many houses in recent months. We viewed a house with Lindsey and it was a great experience. It was very evident that she knew what we were looking for and had come up with ideas of how we could make it work. She was very knowledgeable about what could be done and actually was selling the benefits of the property to us.
