Had nothing but pleasure thus far dealing with Jay from Paramount Sales And Lettings while trying to get a hold of this beautiful house based in Chatham. I am a new landlord and I took the time to compare 4 other state agencies. From all my research, fees, contract specifications, in house repairs team etc Paramount had the best offer. Besides Jay and Lauren were really easy to talk with, they gave me all the information I needed and no hidden fees. They found me 2 lovely professional tenants on the second week of the property being advertised. Both Lauren and Jay reply to emails and calls really quickly, they are always willing to help and they have given me really good support with all the process and it has been mostly stress free as I also have a newborn baby and have lots to do. After he did such a great job letting our flat, we knew would only go to Jay and his colleagues at Paramount to let out our house. He surpassed all of our expectations and managed to get let agreed within 24 hours of advertising it online! Everything was arranged quickly and professionally from taking pictures and dealing with the referencing etc. If we decide to invest in another property or need to re-let in the future there is nobody else we would trust to do it on our behalf.

Jay advertised my flat to let after it had already been up with another agent for a few weeks without success. He was incredibly professional and proactive, gave lots of helpful feedback and secured us a tenant quickly. We will definitely go straight to Paramount and specifically Jay and his colleagues in the future!

My friend has lived in one of there properties for just over 2 years there is still damp and mould everywhere and the radiators haven't worked since she moved into the property, they don't send tradesmen just handymen to work on the property who don't have a clue what there doing they are just rude and ignorant people who are more interested in telling you how to live your life than doing the repairs needed. What a joke.
