Came and spent 3 hours with us, only to never hear from him again. Despite my numerous emails, phone calls that were never answered as phone was always off, voicemails I left and texts. Having read these other reviews I think we have had a lucky escape, just annoying to have spent the time in the first place

Dave has completed 4 projects for us over the last 7 years. He has been reliable, I can always contact him and is on call for any questions I may have. He has turned our recent forever home drawings around in 1 week and has hit the nail on the head with everything we are after. A genuine kind and friendly person.

I first met David 7 years ago when he did the calculations for the steels to remodel our kitchen. We then used him for our garage conversion and when we moved, for our extension drawings and calculations. I will continue to use him for all my future projects and highly recommend him to anyone. He spent a lot of time listening to my needs and what I wanted out of the project and he can incorporate budget and your final vision. He also has a great understanding of building works and building regulations which is invaluable advice. It saved us so much money. All of his drawings are drawn by hand and the detail is perfect.

Hello David, can we please get a response? Our project manager, architect are trying to contact you for weeks, as we need you to provide the documents for our party wall agreements to be completed. Nobody seems able to get in touch with you. This has been outstanding for over 2 months and the works can’t progress without party wall agreement. Can you please respond to them? I emailed you now myself as well. I am happy to remove the bad rating but posting this out of desperation to get a response from you before you are on holiday as of 11/8 until 28/8.

Update 15/8 David promised to share the file we need for the party wall agreement but instead went on holiday without sending it over. Very unreliable.

Do not use! Never responds to emails, phone is always off and never returns any calls. Promises the earth and never delivers apart from 101 excuses. Undertook preliminary drawings and agreed to undertake build regs drawings but these never materialized after the first invoice was paid. Despite the numerous emails chasing the matter, never got a response only excuses. Buyer beware!!!
