My husband and I are 1st time buyers in our late 50's. Luke was brilliant, he found us a great morgage that was affordable for us at our age. He responded quickly to all our questions, with easy to understand answers.

Luke was absolutely fantastic right from day one. We were quite worried about the stress of getting a mortgage and didn’t really know what we were doing as we were first time buyers. I couldn't recommend Luke Spellman highly enough. His replies were always instant- he even answered a mortgage related question on his birthday. He always has time for his customers and he bends over backwards to give them the service they need. He got the work done crazy fast, he is polite, incredibly informative, and just a general pleasure to work with. He even offered to keep our mortgage interests rates down in years to come. Seriously, you need to 100% go with this guy. I will be directing everyone to him that needs the same kind of assistance that I did. His prices are very affordable too!
