Jamie at Property Centre (and the rest of the team) were absolutely superb from start to finish. Great for arranging visits, really responsive by email and phone. Know the local market in great depth and helped both sides of the transaction with their property expertise. Crucially, were on hand at every stage of our buying journey to meditate between everyone and make sure we got it over the line despite a lot of wrangling between solicitors.

The team were friendly, warm and reassuring in their communications with me through the 5 month process of buying a property through them. Alicia in the Stroud branch handled the first stages and Allison in the Gloucester branch the final stages. They were both excellent and responsive to my requests. Both had a reassuring, warm, friendly, sympathetic manner and demonstrated understanding of me and the seller at times when things were a little tense in our negotiations. This is a delicate balancing act and I appreciated their patience, positivity and skill plus their genuine happiness on my behalf when we completed on the purchase. We recently sold our house with The Property Centre Stoud, and what a great experience we had throughout. From the initial valuation visit with right through to the end. We were kept up to date without having to ask, they were great at liaising with the solicitors, we were deffinitely in very good hands with the sale, it all went very smoothly. We have been purchasing a property through the Property Centre for over 6 months now due to probate. However, from our very first viewing I have been thoroughly impressed. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions, but no question was too silly, all were answered, and updates on the sales progress were plentiful. I’d even get updates when there was no news to report, and an idea as to when I could expect the next update. Allison and the team were always contactable and friendly. The Property Center in Stroud helped to sell our house. They were excellent right from Jamie Dyer first coming out to do a valuation and then the rest of the team who came out for the many viewings and great interest in the house that ensued. The presentation of the property via the 360 camera was really helpful. The team really understood how to present a property and manage viewings. We had an offer for the full asking price within 3 weeks. The whole Property Centre team were always helpful and positive.
