Initial comms very good. Salesman quickly told me to put the window up that I put down saying he preferred A/C however after collecting car and driving it appears the exhaust is defective. Coincidence? The Turbo appeared not to work but not informed before but on collection it did work following pointing it out. Close to becoming a 5 star rating but left with some concerns on integrity.

Cashback was offered and help with taxing vehicle wasn't an issue. Thank you to James for explaining useful extras Inc Gap insurance - a first time purchase for me. For 10 years I was with another well known car dealership in Stroud, based not too far from Vauxhall Baylis. Moving over to Vauxhall has been eye opening and for all the best reasons!
When I took my car to part exchange they offered me the best price, significantly more than the other dealership who had been servicing my car for ten years!
My 'new' preloved car is amazing and was priced incredibly reasonably considering all the extra features I get with it. Heated seats and a heated front windscreen are game changers but these came as standard with my regular priced car. Believe me, it was reasonable and again, a lot cheaper than the cars at the other dealership.
Communication has been great and the recent service went above and beyond my expectations. Having recently broken my wrist I was unable to drive to the garage, no problem - for a small fee Vauxhall collect and deliver. And what they deliver is a fully cleaned, inside and out car with a full breakdown of the work carried out and a video!
If anyone is umming and ahhing about which dealership to use in Stroud, from my experience Vauxhall Baylis wins hands down by a long way!
