Becky and Nathan submitted the listed building consent application for the upgrading work to the client's listed agricultural barns for their existing use. As the local authority forgot to process the application properly after validating it, the application was delayed and SF Planning had to make appropriate representations. Although a small extension of time was requested, the application was approved eventually so the desired outcome was achieved.

We contacted SF Planning after our first planning application for an extension to our Grade II listed house was rejected.
