I applied for a role with Testudo through a job board but was called very quickly by Francis. He started the conversation and it was apparent he knew what he was talking about and took an interest in what was driving me. He took the time to go through my CV and picked out the points that stood out and immediately had a few roles in mind. This may sound like every other recruiter but Francis had roles that were actually relevant to my skill set and not just trying to fill a job to get paid. I’ve got in contact with Testudo Recruitment through an advert on Indeed for a job within a building management company.
The job was as a doorman for luxury apartment building in Central London.
I’ve met a Francis, he prepared me very well, offered all the informations needed to Ace the interview.
The whole process has been seamless, first day I met the recruiter followed on the next day by a meeting with the company managers, I liked that they were focused on my personality and not only on my experience.
I’ve spent 1 hour, felt as being just 5 minutes, it was a two way talk, I asked and been asked questions about company, work experience, duties etc.
Unfortunately due to personal reasons I had to decline the offer what came from the employer.
I fully recommend for any company or person on the lookout to use professional services in recruitment.
