I recently had the unfortunate experience of interviewing with Keystone People, and it was one of the most unprofessional processes I have ever encountered. Despite advancing to the second stage, I received no feedback afterward. This lack of communication is not only disappointing but also indicative of poor employer practices, showing a disregard for the time and effort candidates put into the process.

To make matters worse, the interview itself was conducted in a highly unprofessional setting. The interviewer seemed constantly distracted, frequently attending to other matters during our conversation. This behavior made it clear that my time and candidacy were not a priority.

A company’s recruitment process speaks volumes about its culture and professionalism, and Keystone People left a very negative impression. If this is how they treat potential employees, I would be hesitant to recommend them as a worthwhile employer.
