Working with Rob as a career coach was great. He is really insightful and helped me to really challenge myself to think about what I really wanted and how to get there. He worked through a number of steps and exercises that allowed me to reflect on existing skills and experience, and start to consider how these skills could transferable. Really helped me to articulate what I bring to the table, and also a good reminder of all the things I have done which was great for my confidence. In summary, practical, knowledgeable but also fun.
