Absolutely fantastic customer service. Our agent was Jonathan he checked that the holiday was suitable for our needs, going the extra by showing us the area we would be staying, explaining about the place , got us all booked including airport parking , explained our needs regards passports. Totally 100% support ALL the staff here great group who are always happy to help.

Look at trust pilot reviews (1.9 out of 5 stars nearly 1k reviews) tells you all you need to know
No attempt to recover deposit money (£1,000) for a holiday and no attempt at apology either. Just a poor attitude from whichever staff member in branch responds to these reviews.
