This company are a joke. The drivers will drive past locals they don't like or refuse them on the bus if they stop for other people at the same stop. They lie and tell people they don't get tickets if they use their bus passes so they can charge for longer fares and claim the money back from the council. The drivers are rude and drive above the speed limit even during school run times. If u make a complaint to them about there driving or drivers it gets ignored or they r horrible to u! comments on social media get deleted and they only thing they care about is their bank balance! Wish we had other options for transport as not everyone drives it's disgusting. If anyone has felt the same or had the same experiences please contact the public transport department at PKC.

Great service today to and from Perth on the 19 but the driver didn’t speak to anyone. I said good morning on the way out on the 11:42 and he looked the other way. The same thing happened on the 13:20 on the way back. Several people said hello and he didn’t say a thing.

At 5pm tonight at Stirling bus station I had a horrible driver shouting at me from inside his bus not once but twice as a young woman I felt so uncomfortable even with me being in my own car. Called the office and got a really lovely guy on the phone that is going to deal with it.

me and my friend got on the 19 from perth to blackford on saturday the 19th at 16:27 the bus driver was rude and iggnorant im a young scot and it was inconsiderate of a grown man to speak this way.

It pains me to put 2 stars as most of the drivers are incredibly lovely and so helpful that they go above and beyond to help anyone. However, there is one driver who is brash, rude, loud, hostile and incredibly bad mannered. He has absolutely no customer service skills, he shouts and swears at other drivers and even passengers and is a very bad tempered person. I personally have been witness to at least 15 incidents with this driver so I am at a loss as to why someone who quite clearly is not capable of working with the public is still allowed to do so. Without this one driver bringing your company down, this rating would be 5 stars.

Disgusting. The staff are rude and obnoxious. They enjoy using what little bit of authority they have, usually on the most vulnerable of passengers. One in particular, who is known as Shugg (Pictured approximately in his late 50’s) is the rudest of them all, not a single local citizen has a good experience to share of him. He is of course very “polite” to young lassies, but abrupt and dam right awkward with males.
Complaining about this member of staff gets you nowhere as he gets protected by Colin Docherty the company director. However moves are being made by multiple local citizens to go above the company itself. Because as much as they are a private to hire coach service, they also have Perth and Kinross Council contracts for local service and school busses.
It’s clear the reason they think that they can treat people as they do is because they quite literally are the only game in town, meaning they have the monopoly on bus/coach services just now and people have no alternative. I would advise anyone who needs to get around locally try and get a lift off someone, use an Uber or taxi or reschedule your plans.

Was on bus from argyle earlier had to get off, bus driver stank full bud out, was very rude and seats were dirty, reporting and claiming refund
