I went to CNS for pension advice about a frozen policy that I had and I was pleased with the advice I received. The policy that I had was a good policy for my circumstances, instead of trying to up sell me a new policy Cary advised me to just start paying into the plan I had and asked for no payment for the advice. Its hard to find good honest advice in this business, Cary and his team are highly recommended
